We spent our 2008 winter at the Orange Lake Resort. This is our 4th winter at Orange Lake. Again this year we stayed in the same unit at the Tennis Villas which gives a great view of the lake and golf course as well as views of some great sunsets. We visited the Disney Parks many times as well as enjoying a season pass to Seaworld.
On 4/19/08 we moved about 5 miles east to the Vacation Village at Parkway resort for a 3 week stay. We have stayed at this resort several times and always enjoy our visit. We stayed in Florida longer this year so that we could enjoy a Disney Panama Canal cruise in May. During our visit we enjoyed the Arabian Nights dinner show which is located next door to the resort. On 5/25/08 we flew back to Orlando from Los Angeles after the Panama Canal cruise for a one week stay at the Wyndham Cypress Palms resort. During this week we attended the Wyndham annual meeting for timeshare owners. Click here to view video of the resort.
On 7/12/08 we enjoyed spending a week with Marlene's parents at the Lakewood Resort in Osage Beach, Mo. We have visited this resort several times and enjoy the friendly staff and great location. During our stay we played lots of cards, enjoyed the pontoon ride provided by the resort, as well as other area activities. On 8/02/08 we spent a few days at the Wyndham Glacier Canyon Resort in the Wisconsin Dells. Two couples from Michigan, who we work with at Disney, joined us for lots of good food and fun as we enjoyed the area. Click here to view the Lower Dells duck ride.

On 5/10/08 we started on a 15 day cruise through the Panama Canal on the Disney Magic. We left Port Canaveral with our first stop being Castaway Cay which is Disney's private island.
