The Duttons   Video

Branson, MO…The Dutton children were all pre-schoolers when they began learning to play violins, as a way for their parents to instill asense of discipline and a strong work ethic. That early training led to performances at church and community events where they would be lucky to receive $25 for gas money. In 1991, their lives changed as they hit the road for a nine-month, 300 show tour as full-time entertainers.

Over the past 20 years, the Dutton fame has spread across the world and the family has built an entertainment complex in Branson with their Dutton Family Theater, the Dutton Inn, and Abby’s Tourist Trap. Additionally, the Dutton Family Theater #2 was opened this past year in Mesa, Arizona for winter performances. In 2007, the Duttons gained further acclaim as they made it into the Top 10 finalists on America’s Got Talent.
The family’s love affair with Branson began in 1997 when they first played here at the Positive Country Theater, which is now the Pierce Arrow Theater. The following year resulted in their first full season in Branson at Barbara Fairchild’s theater, which is now the Starlight. In 1999 Boxcar Willie offered his theater for their show, which was renamed to the Dutton Family Theater in 2000 and purchased by the family in 2002.

brothers-1

When the entire Hughes family packed up and moved to Branson, Missouri from their home of 27 years in Taylorsville, Utah, they had no idea of the adventure in store for them.
Two of the brothers were married at the time and came with their wives and children. The three other brothers have also since been married. Marty, Jason, Adam, Ryan, and Andy are married to Cindy, Mara,Vikki, Carina, and Becky, respectively. Now their wives and 29 children are also in the show, delighting audiences as they entertain alongside the brothers. With the largest cast in Branson, they also carry the title of the "World's Largest Performing Family".
Raised with musical parents, who were always being asked to perform for various events, the brothers' talents simply seemed to fall into place. They've been harmonizing and performing as a group since the youngest brother , Andy, was only two years old. This undoubtedly accounts for their amazing polish and musical flexibility. But their incredible vocal sound is just one facet of their talent. They knock your socks off with their high-energy movement and dance. They are also proficient and versatile instrumentalists. They have a rare ability to make you laugh one minute and tear up the next. Their strong presence, sincere charm, love of fun and seemingly endless talent are just a few of the reasons they are very well loved in Branson.
