On 9/05/08 we flew to Myrtle Beach, SC for a 3 week visit. The first week we stayed at the Corolina Grande Resort which is a beautiful resort directly across the street from the beach. The first night was exciting because Hurricane Hanna blew through. By the time it reach Myrtle Beach it had been downgraded to a tropical storm. That was our first experience with that type of storm and everything turned out just fine with beautiful sunshine the next day. 
We were joined by Ron's brother Larry and his wife Karen who live in Delaware. It was great spending time with family.
We spent one afternoon enjoying the Brookgreen Gardens which were beautiful. Video
